Peep Chat MOVED!

This weeks peep show is NOT for the faint of heart! Peeps from Hell is hilarious, and strange and if you might be offended, I wouldn't check this out. I, however, loved it!

I need to re-schedule our weekly peep chat to Thursday evening, June 19th, 10:30 EST, 9:30 CST, 8:30 MT, 7:30 PT.

Hope everyone can make the re-scheduled chat! Meet me in the LEX chat room! This week, we should have all re-read Twilight, although I know I have not yet! We can talk about the movie (Ouisa shared this awesome scene between Edward and Bella on a field trip - note Edward's cocky behavior and Bella's returning snark, love it!) as well as the plans for the Breaking Dawn Concert Series plans! Remember, tickets go on sale this Saturday and you KNOW I'll be heading to Chicago's Harris Theater! WOOOHOOOO!

PEEP CHAT! Wednesday, June 4

Wouldn't it be fun if we could all sit in the same room and have snacks and giggle? Sigh!

This week's peep-o'-rama is "Plumbing Peeps" by Anne Lukas. I think you can all tell why I thought this was so darn cute and funny and a tiny bit disturbing! YAY!

Well, it's that time of the week again, time for Blue's Peep Chat. There are all sorts of exciting things going on in our little book-infested world, including Breaking Dawn discussions, the release of "Lover Enshrined" and the beginning of our "Twilight" re-read (oops! haven't started that one yet - see, I told you ssvd and Dano!)

You would think with all of my now-free time, since losing my advertising job due to client cut-backs, I would have ALL sorts of witty and fun things added to this blog...NOT. But I look forward to tonight's chat at 10:30 EST, 7:30 PST. My beloved SSVD will not be able to join us, tell those girls they better give one heck of a choir performance, but I hope to see all of the rest of you there!

It's that time again! Wednesday night chat is on, baby!!!! Tonight, we can wrap up our Host chat with any other left-to-discuss topics y'all might want to share. I will also unveil our book club plans for the next two months, leading up to the release of Breaking Dawn! YAY! I have missed Edward, in all of his marble, obelisk, rock hard...ahem. I am so ready for my imaginary girls night out (and fry, of course, if he joins us) with my imaginary friends, I can't even tell you! I also made a trip to the bookstore last night, trying to wiggle the Phury book out of the little timid Borders dude, alas to no avail!

Let's Get Ready for our Host Chat!

Hey Peeps! It's finally here, the week of our official Host Chat! YAY! (Larla - you better be done, female!) I'm so excited for this big event. I'd really like some input regarding the topics for discussion. Many of you have been to signings, or will have been by the time Wednesday night roles around. I know Stephenie has answered many questions, so help me out with what are the best questions to debate.

A few of the top of my head are:

Did you find Wanderer to be weak or strong? Did you admire Melanie's strength?

Did you find Jared attractive or did you react more to Mel's body's reaction? (does that make any sense at all?)

How did you feel about Ian loving Wanderer?

Was the Earth actually a better place with the Souls running things or did you appreciated the extreme highs and lows of humanity?


What purpose did Uncle Jeb's character play? (other than reminding me strangely of a gun toting fry?)

Those are just a few quick ones. There are so many other really excellent topics to cover, so submit some to me, either via comment here or through email. Also, how is everyone feeling about the 10:30 EST, 7:30 Pacific time? Is that working better for my West Coast peeps?

Finally, I want you all to know that I plan to make my very own peep diorama. Wow, I really DO have some time on my hands!

Wednesday night book club

To my PEEPS!

I'm sending this out tonight in case I don't have a chance during the day tomorrow as I will be traveling. Chat tomorrow night is ON baby! YAY! But, I have one strict condition - ABSOLUTELY NO HOST SPOILERS/DISCUSSION. Why? Because I was not able to get the book until after work and will not finish it by tomorrow night. That being said, let's have a fun chat, I'll tell you all about my obnoxious behavior at the book store tonight (or SSVD can, she knows all about it) and we'll have fun.


Dang, I just love Wednesdays! Let's change it up a bit to help out my West Coast ladies (Simplicity & BR - does 1/2 an hour help?) SO 10:30 EST, 9:30 CST, 8:30 MT and 7:30 PT. I despise that big ole' time difference! See on the Lex chat!
